Rates

Every legal situation is different so it should be no surprise that our rates vary depending upon the situation. With that said, our legal rates do range from only $200 an hour to at a maximum $400 an hour. Our rates are well below the average hourly rate for an attorney in San Diego in an effort to make the law more accessible.

To begin legal representation, we typically require a deposit of approximately 10 hours worth of billable hours up front. So if your hourly rate is $200 an hour; you typically would only have to pay $2000 to begin representation. When the initial retainer has almost been fully used, we will contact you to provide an initial deposit to continue legal representation.
